Tonight’s topic will be cleanup. It looks like most of us got a letter from the USFS requesting that we complete the “Alternative Debris Removal Program Application” with a letter about debris cleanup. I will attach that here for those who have not received it or for those who need a copy. Also, Tim and I talked over the weekend and are discussing organizing as a tract to get bids for the cleanup. We all have a lot of questions for sure! Looking forward to seeing what others have learned at tonight’s meeting.

Dear Cabin owners -
Prior to tomorrows (Thursday) meeting, please e mail me any pertinent info you may have gathered regarding debris removal. We will have an info share segment during the meeting tomorrow and want to update our cabin owners regarding the debris removal process. Paul Hugo from Fir Tract will compile this information and provide us with a report.
